Job overview

The Cook II role is onsite in Seattle, WA, with compensation of $23.73–$35.59 per hour. The kitchen prepares food to meet the needs of Seattle Children’s patients, families, and staff. The cook prepares and stores food according to recipes, plating guidelines, production schedules, and health and sanitation procedures. The role supports reliable kitchen operations and contributes to menu and recipe development and improvement work.

• Prepare food using basic and advanced cooking techniques, standard recipes, and plating guidelines

• manage food and supply use and storage
• maintain clean and organized equipment, supplies, and work areas
• participate in improvement work and recipe and menu development.
