The role supports children’s social, behavioral, and adaptive skills while working with families and care teams.

What you'll do

• Conduct intake evaluations, functional behavioral assessments, and skills assessments
• design treatment plans
• supervise and monitor behavior technicians
• create positive behavior treatment and skill acquisition plans
• train and support ABA technicians
• explain assessment results and recommendations to families
• graph data, adjust strategies, and provide progress summaries.
