What you'll do

• Serve as a primary contact for nursing questions and concerns during on-duty hours of 7 a.m.–7 p.m.

• supervise and mentor CNA/GNA caregivers
• manage the care process and address family concerns
• attend monthly company meetings
• complete scheduled in-person assessments, with at least four per client each year.
