Operations Manager

The Operations Manager role is an onsite, full-time position in Cambridge, MA, paying $100,000 per year. The role reports to the CEO and supports Nanobiosym’s operational backbone. What you'll do

• Own and optimize day-to-day operational workflows
• design and improve scalable processes and SOPs
• manage vendors, procurement, purchase orders, and service-level agreements
• oversee facilities and coordinate IT setups and deployments
• manage logistics, inventory, warehousing, and distribution coordination
• assist with bookkeeping, invoices, expense tracking, budgets, and audit preparation
• organize legal and compliance documentation
• coordinate projects, milestones, reports, and operational dashboards.
