Talent Acquisition Coordinator (6-Month Contract)

What you'll do

• Coordinate virtual, phone, and onsite interviews across time zones
• serve as a candidate point of contact
• arrange travel and prepare interview materials as needed
• maintain applicant tracking system records
• escort candidates during onsite interview days
• handle confidential candidate information
• respond to recruiter and hiring manager requests
• provide administrative support to the TA Leader
• prepare presentations
• coordinate cross-functional meetings
• process vendor invoices with TA and Finance
• maintain the team project tracker
• contribute to process improvements and special projects.
