The Business Systems Engineer – Go-to-Market role is onsite in Dallas, TX, and pays $139,000–$185,000 per year. The IT Business Systems team supports CoreWeave’s go-to-market application stack, connecting the customer lifecycle from lead through quote to cash for its AI cloud business. The engineer partners with Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Revenue Operations to improve lead lifecycle processes, pipeline data quality, and campaign attribution while contributing to Salesforce CPQ, platform development, and Revenue Cloud Automation. The role builds and supports reliable, scalable workflows and integrations across business systems.

What you'll do

• Support campaign execution, lead lifecycle management, lead scoring and routing, and attribution reporting
• strengthen lead-to-opportunity and pipeline processes
• build Salesforce and marketing-system integrations
• develop Salesforce Sales Cloud, CPQ, and platform solutions
• support Revenue Cloud Automation and production issues
• translate business requirements into technical designs
• contribute to code reviews, test automation, CI/CD, documentation, and production support.

Why this role
