What you'll do

• Provide customer service to clients, shoppers, visitors, and employees
• follow security procedures and site policies
• respond professionally to incidents and concerns
• conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of retail and mall areas, entrances, common areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations
• report unusual activity and maintenance concerns
• support access control and visitor screening
• complete activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation.
