The Retail Odyssey Company is seeking a Retail Merchandiser Team Lead to assist in shaping future shopping experiences by connecting people with enriching products and services. This role involves providing in-store merchandising support, building displays, resetting shelves, and tracking inventory. Additionally, the Team Lead will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, and onboarding new hires.

What you'll do

• Provide in-store merchandising support to Retailers to meet shoppers’ needs.
• This includes building displays and end caps, resetting shelves with product rotation, and tracking inventory to ensure that stores and suppliers maximize sales opportunities.
• In addition, you will support leadership with reporting, training, scheduling, as well as onboarding new hires.

Experience

1-2 years of merchandising experience
