What you'll do

• Develop relationships with building owners, contractors, consulting engineers, and industry partners
• prospect for customers and identify account opportunities
• understand customer needs and develop building automation solutions
• assist with system design and application
• review plans and specifications
• estimate project costs
• prepare proposals and presentations
• negotiate scope, pricing, and commercial terms
• coordinate sales-to-operations handoffs
• support installations, upgrades, service agreements, and maintenance solutions
• manage CRM pipeline and activity
• pursue revenue and gross-margin objectives.
