• Participate in the implementation and evaluation of patient care for stable and predictable patients in a home care setting.
• Administer treatments and medications as directed.
• Maintain a safe environment specific to the home setting.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support symptom management and emotional comfort.
