The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is an onsite role based in Eagle Lake, TX, providing in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services. This position supports the Houston In-Home ABA Group team in delivering life-changing care to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The role exists to implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans under the supervision of a BCBA. By collecting data and working directly with clients, the RBT helps children reach developmental milestones and improve their daily functioning.

What you'll do

• Provide in-person behavior intervention, implement treatment plans, collect and record data, partner with BCBAs, and follow BACB guidelines.
