What you'll do

• Oversee multiple reconditioning lines and plan production for a full shift
• manage facility performance when the General Manager is not onsite
• identify bottlenecks and lead root-cause analysis and action plans
• conduct weekly performance reviews
• guide daily manager huddles
• support continuous-improvement projects and process training
• develop leads and managers
• uphold operating, health, safety, and loss-prevention standards.
