What you'll do

• Direct, schedule, and lead team members toward production goals
• complete inventory and reports
• lead the team in the supervisor’s absence
• track product and waste in the state traceability system
• operate, sanitize, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment and tools
• document material transfers
• train and coach team members
• support workplace safety and compliance
• maintain clean work areas
• report incidents
• manufacture or package products as needed
• suggest cost-saving and efficiency improvements.
