Construction Project Manager

What you'll do

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, tasks, timelines, resources, and dependencies
• lead planning and execution of high-risk, high-profile construction projects
• manage budgets, schedules, and resource plans
• identify risks and mitigation strategies
• ensure safety and quality compliance
• monitor milestones and KPIs and take corrective action
• manage client, vendor, and internal relationships
• report status to leadership
• direct and mentor project staff
• support multi-project strategies and opportunity decisions
• improve project-management processes and practices.
