What you'll do

• Wash and sanitize cookware, utensils, and equipment
• operate commercial dishwashing and sanitation equipment
• maintain clean and organized kitchen areas
• complete basic food preparation
• follow sanitation and food-safety procedures
• restock supplies
• handle waste and recycling
• complete assigned opening, production, and closing responsibilities
• support cooks and teammates.
