What you'll do

• Schedule resident care staff

• complete company and state-required documentation
• assist with implementing state regulations
• provide manager-on-duty coverage
• participate in staff meetings and community events
• audit Medication Administration Reports and notify the pharmacy of changes
• inspect resident records
• complete resident assessments according to company and licensure guidelines.
