What you'll do

• Receive, review, and enter vendor invoices
• assist with scheduling payments by check, ACH, or wire
• code invoices to general ledger accounts and departments
• collect supporting documentation and code Ramp card transactions
• respond to vendor inquiries and resolve billing discrepancies
• reconcile vendor and corporate card statements
• monitor and route accounting emails
• prepare periodic bank deposits
• sort and distribute office mail
• assist with month-end close, accruals, and reporting
• maintain W-9 records and support annual 1099 reporting.
