What you'll do

• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls, emails, and customer inquiries
• generate quotes and process rental and sales opportunities
• identify customer needs and recommend solutions
• maintain CRM records and follow-up activities
• coordinate with dispatch, operations, and branch personnel
• follow up on leads, quotes, and inactive accounts
• assist with customer questions and service requests
• support branch sales initiatives and reporting.
