What you'll do

• Diagnose, repair, maintain, and service residential HVAC systems
• troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, airflow, and control issues
• perform inspections and preventive maintenance
• explain problems and repair options to customers
• complete service calls safely
• maintain service records, invoices, tools, and company vehicle
• communicate job status and follow-up needs to the office
• follow safety procedures and applicable codes
• participate in an on-call or emergency rotation as needed.
