Retail Talent Development Partner

The Retail Talent Development Partner works onsite in West Mifflin, PA, for $21.87–$25.24 per hour. Goodwill of Southwestern Pennsylvania and North Central West Virginia funds job training, education, and community programs through sales of donated goods. The role develops and delivers training aligned with retail operations and career-development goals, coaches store leaders and team members, and helps ensure training is applied in stores. In partnership with retail leadership, it identifies operational challenges and provides targeted training; it may also support store operations to maintain business continuity and leadership coverage. Occasional travel is required.

What you'll do

• Assist with developing and implementing operational and leadership training
• coach employees and leadership teams in real time
• facilitate hands-on training in the Academy Store
• partner with regional directors and site leaders to identify challenges and implement training solutions
• maintain knowledge of and comply with organizational policies and procedures
• provide store-operations support when necessary.
