Filling in for multiple physicians as needed, this role combines medical scribe and nursing responsibilities to support efficient high-quality patient care. The position involves real-time documentation of patient visits, procedures, and physician-patient interactions, ensuring accurate, compliant medical records. It also includes delivering direct patient care, assisting in assessments, managing
