Client Service Analyst

What you'll do

• Support Investor Relations and maintain the investor database
• assist clients with documentation
• post reports and marketing materials
• maintain account records and client files
• contact clients about account documents, updates, transfers, statements, and related requests
• support NB Alternatives funds with communications about financial statements, capital calls, distributions, quarterly updates, and tax documents
• respond to client calls and emails with appropriate staff
• assist with special projects.
