What you'll do

• Coordinate resident and caregiver schedules
• create resident-caregiver matches
• monitor daily scheduling and address coverage gaps or changes in needs
• maintain contingency staffing plans
• keep resident and caregiver information current in software
• document and communicate interactions, concerns, and service updates
• respond to calls
• follow up on concerns
• identify service improvements
• communicate opportunities to increase service hours when they may improve care quality and outcomes
• manage new resident inquiries and gather onboarding information.
