DevOps Engineer – Organizational Change Management Specialist

Job overview

The DevOps Engineer – Organizational Change Management Specialist role is onsite in Washington, DC. Compensation starts at $70 per hour. The role leads change management activities supporting the Business and Technology Modernization program. The specialist develops and executes change strategies to support adoption of Agile practices, mindsets, and behaviors across the organization. Working with the Agile Program Manager, Agile Coaches, and other change leaders, the role supports a shift toward collaboration, transparency, continuous improvement, and customer focus.

What you'll do

• Develop change strategies and adoption roadmaps aligned with Agile transformation milestones
• conduct impact and readiness assessments and stakeholder analyses
• design communications and training strategies
• identify and manage resistance through targeted interventions and reinforcement
• measure and report change effectiveness using adoption metrics, readiness scores, and feedback
• partner with Agile program and change leaders on organizational culture transformation.
