What you'll do

• Monitor automatic machines and adjust for jams or malfunctions
• measure and visually inspect products for surface and dimensional defects
• operate plastic molding machines
• remove finished products from molds and trim excess material
• regulate machine pressure, temperature, speed, feed rates, and cycle times
• perform machine start-up, shutdown, and color changes
• load, unload, and inspect parts
• report machine deficiencies
• maintain clean equipment and department areas.
