What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install building systems and equipment
• diagnose electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and general maintenance issues
• perform preventive and corrective maintenance
• respond to emergency requests
• inspect systems for safety and operational concerns
• repair building components
• perform carpentry, painting, drywall, and renovation work
• read technical plans and manuals
• assist with renovations and special projects
• coordinate contractors
• maintain maintenance records and inventory
• follow safety procedures and codes
• participate in after-hours, weekend, and emergency response activities as required.
