What you'll do

• Complete assigned work orders and apartment turnover repairs or upgrades
• troubleshoot minor electrical and plumbing issues
• consult with the Scattered Site Supervisor about repairs
• assist with unit scopes of work
• prepare daily field reports
• communicate repair needs
• maintain communication with clients, tenants, and staff
• respond to emergencies and participate in the on-call rotation
• participate in the in-house snow team.
