What you'll do

• Troubleshoot technical issues with service desk, security, engineering, endpoint, identity, and application teams
• support Microsoft 365 administration and automation
• consult on Microsoft 365 workloads and integrations
• engineer, deploy, and sustain services
• create and maintain scripts, operational checks, and engineering documentation
• support Intune-managed Windows devices
• lead issue escalations
• participate in Agile ceremonies as required.
