What you'll do

• Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans for children up to age five
• manage classroom behavior and safety
• assess individual needs and adapt instruction
• communicate with teachers, staff, and parents about progress and behavior
• maintain a clean, safe environment and follow health and safety regulations
• administer first aid when necessary and report health hazards
• participate in ongoing professional development.
