Electrical Controls Maintenance Technician II — Night Shift

The Electrical Controls Maintenance Technician II works onsite in Jacksonville, FL, on a 2x2x3 night schedule from 5:30 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. Pay is $40.00 per hour. The role supports high-speed food and beverage manufacturing equipment; contract-to-hire conversion may be possible after 3–6 months. The technician troubleshoots and maintains production equipment across electrical, mechanical, controls, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. The work supports safe plant operations, equipment reliability, and production uptime through repairs, preventive and predictive maintenance, and coordination with operations and maintenance teams.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain production equipment
• address PLC and controls issues
• manage preventive, predictive, and corrective work orders in the CMMS
• support maintenance scheduling and planned downtime
• participate in reliability activities such as vibration analysis, infrared scans, and oil analysis
• document repairs and collaborate with operations, vendors, and leadership.
