Purchasing Specialist, Supply Chain

The Purchasing Specialist is an onsite, full-time role in Westfield, IN, paying $21–$26 per hour. What you'll do

• Manage purchasing and replenishment for production, office, workplace, and assigned categories at both sites
• maintain appropriate stock levels
• create and monitor purchase orders
• compare price, quantity, usage, inventory, and business need
• resolve routine pricing, delivery, receiving, and invoice discrepancies
• manage Westfield vending supplies
• maintain purchasing data in NetSuite
• support inventory accuracy and cycle counts
• provide backup for raw materials and outsourced products
• identify process and cost improvements.
