Service Delivery Manager

• Oversee daily client service operations and adherence to EOS standards, contractual requirements, SLAs, KPIs, and critical success factors
• analyze operational trends and forecasts

• manage service improvement activities, resources, and capacity
• mentor and train staff
• support recruiting and onboarding
• manage service profitability and budgets
• coordinate service reviews, QBRs, SLAs, and escalations.
