What you'll do

• Analyze HR and employee benefits data, including employer-sponsored health and welfare and retirement plans, self-insured plan costs, stop-loss coverage, and plan documents
• identify cost mitigation, compliance, and process enhancement opportunities
• present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders
• provide project management support for client deliverables.

Why this role

Requires a bachelor’s degree or higher and at least seven years of relevant experience, including familiarity with employer-sponsored healthcare and retirement programs and advisory or external consulting experience. CEBS designation pursuit is desired.
