What you'll do

• Greet members and assess their needs
• process deposits, withdrawals, and transfers
• input consumer loan applications and prepare documents
• open deposit accounts and initiate services
• provide account information
• receive loan payments and deposits
• follow security and reporting procedures
• recommend and cross-sell products
• investigate account concerns
• maintain member activity records
• support external business development and loan sale events.
