National Service Manager (Commercial HVAC)

The National Service Manager (Commercial HVAC) role is remote, with up to 15% travel for site visits, customer or contractor meetings, team development, and other business needs. The role builds team capacity and repeatable processes to support responsive, reliable service delivery.

What you'll do

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage service technicians
• assess service requests, set priorities, assign resources, and coordinate schedules, parts, equipment, and site access
• prepare and review scopes, estimates, costs, and proposals
• coordinate contractors and operating companies
• document scope changes and warranty responsibilities
• coordinate technical execution and escalate risks
• track costs and forecasts and provide billing documentation
• establish service workflows
• manage customer relationships and service opportunities.
