The Lead Pre-K Teacher role is onsite in Indianapolis, IN. Compensation is $14–$17 per hour. The teacher supports the Pre-K classroom at Tiny Tots Learning Ministry’s Lawrence and Castleton locations. The teacher plans age-appropriate learning activities, maintains a safe and organized classroom, supervises children, and communicates with families. The role contributes to children’s daily learning and development while following state and center requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage the classroom and create lesson plans
• maintain a safe environment and continuous student supervision
• follow FSSA, state, and center guidelines
• keep classroom activities updated in Brightwheel
• communicate with parents
• submit lesson plans on time
• participate in center activities and meetings
• maintain classroom cleanliness and follow applicable care procedures.

Why this role
