What you'll do

• Learn European Wax Center services and products
• recommend and sell services and retail products
• explain Wax Pass benefits
• confirm services and suggest related add-ons
• process check-ins, check-outs, payments, refunds, and reservations
• organize the reservation book
• perform opening and closing procedures
• maintain a clean and organized lobby and restrooms.
