What you'll do

• Oversee daily nursing operations
• supervise, coach, and support nurses, CNAs, and other unit staff
• monitor resident conditions and care plans
• coordinate with physicians, therapy, social services, and families
• review clinical documentation
• track quality indicators and lead improvement efforts
• support admissions
• participate in staffing, scheduling, and evaluations
• prepare for state surveys
• train new nursing staff
• report to and partner with the Director of Nursing.

Why this role

Requires an active Washington RN license or ability to obtain one, at least two years of RN experience in skilled nursing, post-acute, or long-term care, and current CPR/BLS certification. Supervisory or charge-nurse experience is preferred.
