The Construction Project Manager role is onsite in Dallas, TX, with compensation of $90,000–$190,000 per year. Eleven Western Builders is a retail general contractor delivering construction projects in California and the western United States. The project manager takes construction projects from buyout through closeout, coordinating teams, subcontractors, clients, budgets, schedules, and project documentation to deliver work on schedule and within budget.

What you'll do

• Manage multiple construction projects from start to finish
• support buyout, contracting, permits, schedules, and project budgets
• coordinate with project engineers, field supervisors, subcontractors, clients, and accounting
• manage change orders and work orders
• communicate project updates
• support closeout documentation and final retention billing.
