The position supports Hennig’s manufacturing operations through advanced electrical assembly and mentoring of junior assemblers. The assembler performs complex wiring, conduit, and equipment installation work while troubleshooting issues and maintaining quality and safety standards. As a technical resource, the role also trains and supports entry-level and skilled assemblers in advanced assembly techniques.

What you'll do

• Perform root-cause analysis
• install rigid conduit and pull large-gauge wire
• wire, terminate, and label transformers
• install and terminate DLO cable and MCM wire connections
• operate assembly tools and measuring instruments
• mentor and train junior assemblers
• use lifts and ladders safely
• follow safety procedures, quality standards, and work instructions.
