What you'll do

• Review physical and occupational therapy schedules for referral and authorization needs
• verify patient eligibility, including insurance, workers’ compensation, and motor vehicle accident coverage
• prepare, process, and track referrals and prior authorizations in payer systems and document them in eCW
• follow up with patients and payers
• respond to questions from leadership, providers, payers, and patients
• participate in process improvement and educate teams on updated guidelines and processes.
