The Cook role is onsite in Tioga, TX. Compensation is $16.50 per hour. Culinary Services Group provides food service management to senior care, hospital, and behavioral health communities. The cook prepares and serves food according to recipes, schedules, and applicable standards, supporting consistent meal quality, safe food handling, and reliable service for the communities served.

What you'll do

• Prepare food according to standardized recipes and schedules
• portion and serve meals at appropriate temperatures
• maintain service records
• clean the kitchen and store food safely
• maintain kitchen equipment
• assist with production planning, record keeping, ordering, and receiving
• report maintenance needs and safety issues
• follow HACCP standards and company safety procedures.
