What you'll do

• Coordinate base-wide, weekly, and specialized ALC tours
• greet and escort guests and arrange transportation
• manage visitor itineraries
• set up and operate audiovisual equipment
• coordinate conference-room schedules and update metric boards
• attend designated meetings, record and publish minutes
• maintain briefing materials and the ALC101 Command Brief
• plan ceremonies and support protocol materials
• assist with social functions, recognition programs, the Commanding Officer’s Secretary, and other administrative duties.
