Controller, Remote US (Austin, TX Preferred)

What you'll do

• Oversee monthly and quarterly close, payroll, billing, AR/AP, general ledger, and revenue recognition
• ensure GAAP and tax compliance
• lead annual financial audits and coordinate tax filings
• manage bank accounts, debt facility, compliance reporting, and cash-flow forecasts
• develop scalable financial systems and processes
• lead and mentor the accounting team
• partner with Finance, Sales, HR, leadership, and other departments.
