What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize the facility, rooms, and equipment
• perform mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, hand cleaning, and hose work
• use cleaning solutions and chemicals according to instructions
• operate floor scrubbers and sanitation equipment
• use lifts or hoists with required safety practices and PPE
• follow equipment-specific SSOPs and the seven-step cleaning program
• protect equipment from water damage
• clean drains and equipment parts
• follow GMP, GSP, and SQF standards
• inspect work areas against pre-operation cleanliness expectations.
