What you'll do

• Manage event leads and the booking process in Tripleseat, including BEOs, billing, and weekly BEO meetings
• ensure events reflect guest requirements and are executed at each location
• train and coach management and service teams
• maintain relationships across restaurant teams and leadership
• contribute to training guides and systems
• monitor event equipment inventory.
