What you'll do

• Interview, select, and hire store employees

• own store sales performance and monthly success measures
• manage staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, and loss prevention
• review sales and operational metrics
• resolve guest escalations
• communicate promotions and complete solutions
• build relationships with peer managers and district leadership
• champion new sales tools
• contribute to budgeting, forecasting, analysis, and sales reporting.

Why this role
