• Manage assigned staff including hiring and performance evaluation
• plan and execute maintenance activities during outages
• oversee maintenance contracts and budget
• manage maintenance programs such as Corrective Action Planning
• ensure regulatory compliance
• communicate personnel issues to management
• interface with engineering for modifications.
