What you'll do

• Represent employers in labor and employment disputes
• handle wage and hour, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, FMLA/ADA, and public-sector employment claims
• conduct collective bargaining, investigations, and grievance work
• counsel employers
• draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
• conduct depositions, mediations, arbitrations, and hearings
• manage cases
• communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• contribute to case strategy and firm growth.
