What you'll do

• Own relationships for assigned key customer accounts
• manage account portfolio and CRM activity and pipeline tracking
• conduct customer touchpoints, site visits, operational check-ins, planning meetings, and executive reviews
• develop account plans
• identify service opportunities and pursue expansions, change orders, maintenance programs, and service agreements
• collaborate with Operations and Preconstruction
• monitor account health and receivables with Accounting
• support pricing, renewals, and contract reviews
• maintain customer engagement through project closeout
• support follow-on opportunities and customer retention.
